As an athlete with access to training at the Olympic Training Center with the US women's 7s program, I still actively choose to train with Mollie because it gives me a great variety in my workout and I trust her knowledge of fitness programs. She always does her homework and is prepared to lead a quality training session that focuses on getting the basics right while challenging me to push my limits. She understands how to design workouts that fit a certain skill set you are trying to reach. Not to mention it's always just the right amount of fun and competition!

I like training with Mollie because she first, takes the time to get to know her clients, create a connection, understand their fitness level and listen to them and their needs. She bring lots of energy and FUN to the training which is contagious and inspiring. She also MIXES IT UP every session! Mollie makes sure that we don't get bored and do the same workout over and over. Fresh and Fun!
Mollie’s sessions are challenging, effective and smart. They test you throughout, yet manage to make you feel fresher the next day. This is primarily due to a central focus on form and posture, right from the beginning of the session until the cool down and stretch. She also shows great imagination in adjusting sessions for those with injuries, and is able to guide you through a session you may not have thought was possible while trying to recover.
Senior-side Rugby Player
Mollie's training has not only made me a better athlete in Rugby, but has made me better at general day to day things for me. Such as coaching girls volleyball at the middle school I work at teaching them new movements, warm-ups , workouts. I have better core strength and form when I, climb, hike, run and workout on my own. One thing I will say it terms of playing rugby, my Mother came to watch me play a tournament where I had a breakaway run and scored. She told after the game " in all my life of watching you play sports I've never seen you run that fast". What I love about Mollies teaching is that she studies all of the people she trains. She knows each of our strengths and weakness. I know this because when we do bear crawls in the sand as a group, I know and see her looking at me. She truly cares about our growth. She is my favorite Coach hands down. Everyone needs some Mollie in their life.
Fitness Professional and Senior-side Rugby Player
Once I put on my work out clothes and Mollie demonstrates the exercises (w modifications!!) that we’ll be doing, when the 30-40 mins are up I feel amazing. Working out makes me much more conscience of what I eat and how much I eat. And my clothes fit better. My muscles feel toned and my energy level is high. The longer you postpone exercise the harder it is to make it your routine. I look forward to Boot camp more than I do going out to lunch. Opp did I say that?!! I LOVE Mollie’s Boot Camp Workouts. She keeps me motivated and goal oriented and I can brag to my friends that I do a boot camp workout at least 2 times a weeks (with co-workers ½ my age!!)
