About MeMollie, MSc, CSCS, is a Minnesota native who grew up playing hockey and rugby and almost every other sport. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee completing her degree in psychology and played rugby. While still competing at the elite level based in San Diego, Mollie worked at the American Council on Exercise as well as part time for the San Diego men’s rugby team as the head S&C coach. She then moved to Cardiff (UK) to complete her masters in S&C including a full-time internship with the PRO-14 professional rugby team, the Newport Gwent Dragons. Mollie worked for the Training HAUS powered by Twin Cities Orthopedics as the S&C coach before starting a new chapter opening her own private training business. She also works part time as a USA and World Rugby S&C Educator.

Mollie's interest in the field of health, fitness and sports performance started when she made the varsity hockey team as a freshman in high school and continued through her athletic career. In college, she pursued that passion earning her personal training certification as a sophomore while focusing on kinesiology and receiving a degree in psychology. Better understanding human behavior has allowed her to more effectively coach people towards long-lasting health changes. Mollie also completed her MSc in Strength and Conditioning at Cardiff Metropolitan University in Wales, UK.

In addition to her masters, she's also earned five NCCA accredited certifications in a variety of fitness and health related areas. The National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) is an independent governmental agency that evaluates programs that certify professionals working in fitness, healthcare, wellness and other occupations. Receiving a certification from an accredited program is a validation that the recipient has met the criteria to work as a professional in that field.
